Can you say, "collaboration"? We sure can!
In the hours before RMRRF2024, Natalie (AKA 3DPrint Bunny), Scott (AKA Edge of 3D) and Rich from GreenGate3D were walking thru the chilly Colorado air on their way to dinner. Of course, the conversation quickly turned to additive manufacturing and "The Bunny" (as we call her) mentioned she was doing some design work for the folks at BambuLabs. Since we always wanted to sell printers, but never found the right partner, Natalie offered to introduce us. It wasn't long before we offered to make a color for her and a partnership was formed, while Scott enjoyed the camaraderie which stretched from the "Land Down Under" to "From Sea To Shining Sea".
Fast forwarding to RMRRF2025, Natalie's color is released: Deepwater Blue, which refers back to aboriginal name of Nat's home town: Woy Woy, Australia.
We used our translucent sapphire colorant and added silver sparkles, giving the opacity a dramatic depth while allowing the glitter to reflect back in polychromatic colors. It's crazy pretty and we think you'll LOVE it!
