I ordered two spools of this and am through the first one, thefilament profile I used was very close to Prusament PETG and the filament is excellent quality. I will definately order some more and may order the other PETG colors. Thank you.
I have been on the search for a Translucent Purple after having other companies Translucent red and loved it. I found this on Amazon and rolled the dice. After a few prints now I have to say this is some of the best PETg I have found, not only does it print well with my PETg slicer profiles but the color is amazing. Very happy customer here and will be coming back for more for sure. Thank you GreenGate 3D for everything you guys do.
These trans colors are so yummy :) Thanks for such an easy to print and eco friendly product!
I’ve been printing exclusively with PLA for about 2 years now. This is my first time using PETG. I love the color and gloss of this material. It sticks to an unheated bed with lightly sanded painters tape well and is a little easier to remove from the bed than PLA. I’ve only done a few prints with extrusion temps varying from 225 to 215 and all have printed out great. There is some spiderweb-like stringing which I hear is common with PETG and I plan to experiment with retraction settings. That said, the strings are easy to remove. The prints feel slightly less stiff than PLA equivalent prints, but still feel solid. The spool comes in a sealed plastic bag, but the bag is not the resealable ziplock type. I can fold the bag like a chip bag and clip it, but I may want to find a more airtight way to store it away from humidity when not in use. Nicely done GreenGate3D!
Excellent color, good adhesion so far,
