It started out looking really bad. Could not get any layer adhesion. Temp tower snapped really easily at all temps tested. Put filament in dryer for a few hours. No I'm having extremely great results. Fantastic prints.
I'm in the process of buildinng up a TwoTrees Sapphire plus CoreXY as my own "ultimate" fdm printer. It will be modded with a Duet 2 wifi control board, Zesty Nimble extruder, and Slice Engineering's mosquito hot end with all the trimmings (slice heater, thermistor, etc).
Since I will need to fabricate bracketry for this project, what better material than Slice Orange? So far ive just run up a Benchy but color and all other parameters look great.
Honestly, the only product improvement I can think of would be if GreenGate3D could conspire further with Slice to include a Slice lollipop with each spool ;)
A good balance of brightness to make this a useful orange, far enough away from neon to be applicable as an orange for most projects.
Screen shots don't do justice to this vibrant organic orange color. As usual, the GreenGate heritage means that it prints beautifully.
A really cool color. On the darker side, not as bright as other orange Petg. The recycled Petg prints really.
It looks just like a fresh Florida orange does.
