For the bed we recommend 85C on the first layer and 90C after that.
For the nozzle we recommend between 225-245C. We have had success with higher and lower temperatures, outside of that range, but it depends on your printer and your climate. (Pictured below is a temperature tower from 190C to 230C)
As for printing speed, we recommend you start slow, perhaps 30mm/s and when you've got the printer tuned in, you can easily get 75 and better with a 0.2 layer and close to 100 with 0.3. Our stuff prints silky smooth!
