GreenGate Green: Recycled PET-G

Perfect shade of green. Prints great with my usual PETG profile

It’s exactly the green I thought it would be. Prints great and layers stick real well at just 220°!

Used to use other brands of PETG but quality varied on batches. Bought multiple rolls over the year and all have printed great! Switching to this for all products I print with PETG

I have, by now, ordered most colors of GreenGate3D PETG. There are good reasons. The filament has nice colors, prints well - temperature recommendations were on point for my Prusa MK3S, and I appreciate that the filament is produced using recycled material.

Printed objects are true to color and there is no noticeable change in color between the spooled filament and the print. The material has a shiny appearance on the spool and that translates into a matte type finish rather than a flat color print. I am interested in alternative finishes such as opaque options to complement the translucent offers already available. I know color development is a process; I would love to see more colors. The more the merrier.

I appreciate that GreenGate3D uses recycled material to produce their great filament. The less impact I can have and the smarter I can be with resources, or support those companies, the better. The extra effort is always appreciated. I would love to have the option of sending in my scrap prints to be recycled. Im not sure how feasible that actually is.

I have not had any issues with warping or difficulty sticking to the plate. I am very satisfied with my GreenGate3D filament and will continue to purchase more spools in the future.
