The Only Filament I Use

I've never had any problems with consistency of my prints or the quality of the plastic I've gotten from Green Gate.

I'm printing from a Prusa MkM3S with a textured bed. I never had any adhesion problems or any problems with consistency. I've ordered probably 2 dozen+ rolls over several years and they've never disappointed. Fast shipping, great product.

Plus PETG doesn't have nasty volatiles like ABS and it's not weak like PLA. Super easy to print with - even with just the standard Prusa Slicer settings. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody looking for filament.

Excellent!!

This being my second brand of PETG, Prusament PETG came with my printer. It performs just as well as the non-recycled PETG. I did two 14 hour plus print jobs no hiccups and the prints look great! Not only does it look great, it is recycled and made in the USA.
The had written notes are a nice personal touch and the grandkids love the Starbursts.

It's like magic

This was my first spool of PETG ever, and it has set the bar extremely high. It prints so much better than PLA that I have at a similar price. Sometimes I struggle for hours trying to get PLA to print properly, however this PETG will always print correctly on the first try. It has genuinely made me consider switching to PETG as my primary printing material.

Getting a hand written letter from Barbara and some goodies was also a sweet bonus, I showed all my friends.

Contamination

I can't get the black petg to stay running. I tried putting a foam filter to brush off any dust, cleaned off the extruder teeth, dried the material for 8 hours, ran up to a high temp of 250C, ran low temp to 225, ran at 10% speed. No matter what I do, the material ends up with a partial blockage at the nozzle. The print then will clear and continue as if nothing happened. But of course the whole print is done-zo. Not exactly helpful when trying to run recycled and make strong printer parts. I do fully understand the risk of printing recycled. Should I be running a larger nozzle? I'm running the standard 0.4mm. I want this to work out.

Looks like you bought this two years ago...in 2022. We always stand behind our product, so while I see you've dried it, are you sure you've dried it enough? 60C x 6 hours is typical, but you might want to try twice that. Have you changed your nozzle recently? That also might contribute to a clogging issue. Running OUR recycled shouldn't create an issue, so we're hoping these considerations will help fix your problem.
